Fruition IT are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to work for a well-established organisation who are a technology first business. This a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in IT Support and looking for a fresh new challenge.

As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to users as part of a team of 6.

What you will be doing:

• You will provide technical support for off-the-shelf products.
• Showcase the ability to investigate and resolve quires through to completion.
• You will be installing new software, performing data imports and patching.
• Performing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Be able to liaise between IT and end users for all escalated issues
• Trend Analysis
• Performing general server maintenance.

What we are looking for:

• Attitude and enthusiasm to learn is key
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Previous experience working within a hands-on service desk environment
• 2-3 years IT Support experience is essential
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory (AD)
• VMWare, & virtual servers
• Windows Server Administration such as DNS/DHCP
• Desktop support including OS installation and administration
• Windows/Linux Server administration
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle
