Our client is a leading Legal 500 defendant insurance firm based in Manchester city centre. They are an established, well-respected firm who advise some of the UK's largest insurers and their underwriters on a wide variety of claims.

The Role

The role offers the opportunity for a broad range of work. The team works for corporate clients, brokers and insurers on a full range of property damage work including defending liability claims, recoveries and advising on coverage.

The client is interested in hearing candidates with at least 2+ years experience within this practice area. It is preferable but not essential that you will have experience of multi-track property damage liability claims, subrogated recoveries and policy coverage disputes. Experience in handling complex disputes coming from fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence and construction & engineering related incidents is also preferred but not essential.

We are keen to hear from excellent communicators, litigators and confident negotiators. Together with excellent commercial acumen, we look for experience at resolving disputes through various forms of ADR.
