The role

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our team. The Delivery Project Manager will work closely with our project leads, resourcing, operations and clients in ensuring the successful delivery of engagements. The role will encompass,


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Practice leads and client engagement teams in ensuring effective project scoping and pricing, with clarity around statements of work, pricing, billing, deliverables, assumptions etc.
  • Work with practice leads to define the best project approach and create supporting project plans for any of our repeatable projects.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the effective mobilisation for all projects, including project kick off and project Initiation ensuring clarity across the business for how each project will be set up and managed
  • Ensure that we have in place clear governance and controls for all projects, including, risks and issues log, project status reporting, client reporting etc.
  • Ensure that each project has clear deliverables, along with any specific assumptions and dependencies, payment milestones etc.
  • Work with the project leads and resourcing in ensuring timely, effective selection, briefing, contracting and onboarding of teams for new projects
  • Monitor all stages of the delivery of projects, through on-going collaboration with project leads, account managers and the clients to ensure we are providing services in line with client expectations
  • In collaboration with the project lead and account manager, ensure that any project scope changes and change requests are handled effectively
  • Review delivery reports from project leads to ensure deliverables are on track and any risks/issues are identified and addressed.
  • Ensure regular communication with key clients in collaboration with account managers and practice leads to provide assurance on project progress and identify further areas in which we could support them
  • Produce monthly project update reports in collaboration with our practice leads and project team.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that effective communication between delivery, practices, resourcing and sales is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous project improvement and quality management


Experience

We are looking for an ambitious individual with commercial project delivery experience within digital health.

  • Project delivery experience across a range of digital health areas
  • Commercial project delivery experience
  • Service delivery experience ideally within professional services and consulting projects
  • Project management experience and a sound understanding of Project management and PMO principles
  • A Practitioner level qualification in Project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior level
  • A structured approach with the ability to think and plan tactically and creatively and to prioritise work programs in the face of competing demands
  • Thrive working in a dynamic environment and achieving objectives
