Job Title - SnrElectrical Design EngineerBuilding Services
Site location -South London
Responsible to Project Director
Purpose of the role - As an Associate you will be involved in multiple projects with a varied workload and the autonomy to work individually, but will also assist in planning and managing an appropriate resource to deliver projects
Client brief -Our client is a well-establishedleading engineering and environmental consultancy in Building Services with offices throughout the UK and around the globe. Their welcoming and diverse team are working on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the UK and across the world. From sustainability-focused offices and commercial premises to cutting-edge healthcare facilities and from award-winning retail developments to major new residential communities, youll have the opportunity to play a major role in delivering schemes across a huge range of sectors.



KEY INFORMATION

Reason for vacancy - Continued growth
Contract -Permanent
Salary -£55,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Holidays - 26 days + Bank Holidays rising to 31 days with loyalty days + BH

Hybrid Yes, Possible hybrid working of 3 days in the office 2 days at home

Although were happy to consider applicants with more or less experience, youll ideally have qualifications, experience or skills in the following areas:

You will have experience in using recognised design software tools such as REVIT and ideally have exposure to MagiCAD

Have great communication skills that can adapt both to external parties and clients but also within the team

Understand project needs and be able to manage the full delivery

You will have recognised qualifications in Electrical services design and either be working towards Chartered Status, or have an interest in doing so

Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team in support to deliver projects

Experience of people management is desirable

Future flexibility will be needed for regular co-operation, travel and inter-office working
