Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor (Associate Director) to join an active property management team. This role offers the opportunity to manage some of the firm’s most valued clients, contributing to their growth and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse commercial portfolio across London and the UK, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including service charges, landlord-tenant relations, health and safety, and daily operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with third-party contractors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality workmanship.
• Liaise with the accounts team on service charge management, rent invoicing, year-end reconciliation, and financial queries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years’ experience in commercial property management; RICS qualifications are a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in standard office IT applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Location:

The property management team is based in East London, conveniently located near Leytonstone Underground Station.
