Site Manager with Design & Build project experience required for a reputable London main contractor. Site Managers with experience in social housing new build residential projects are invited to apply. Site Managers will ideally come from a main contracting background, with longevity in previous roles. Site Managers will be working on multi storey RC frame development in Hammersmith, West London. The scheme goes live on site in mid-August.

Site Manager Key Skills

• Design & Build Social Housing project experience preferable
• Main contracting background
• Held long term positions in previous roles

Site Manager Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
• Day Rate Options Considered if preference is to work Ltd Company
• Car Allowance
• Travel Expenses
