PIM Lead

PIM Lead – 6 months contract – Hybrid (3 days London) – Inside IR35

A PIM Lead is required to support a global project focused on enhancing the way product data is managed across websites and retail partners. The successful PIM Lead will play a key role in implementing a new product management system, driving process improvements, and streamlining product data workflows, while managing the transition from legacy systems.

Role Overview

• As PIM lead you will provide hands-on support for product data management, including manual uploads and working with various PIM tools for brand, retail.com and PurePlay partners.
• Working closely with brands and global teams to ensure all necessary product data is accurate and aligned with partners' requirements.
• Optimise product data processes to enhance efficiencies across the board.
• Prepare the region for the roll-out of a new PIM system (InRiver), including documenting new data processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to define roles, structure, and training needs for post-implementation.
• Act as the regional point of contact for the global teams, providing regular updates on the progress of the PIM implementation.

Key Experience

• The successful PIM Lead will have extensive experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems. (InRiver)
• Proven experience supporting and leading PIM implementation projects.
• Experience managing legacy data systems and transitioning to new PIM tools.
• Experience collaborating with multi-brand stakeholders and global teams.

Key Skills

• Expertise in product attribution, data accuracy, and taxonomy development.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to drive efficiencies in data processes.
• Familiarity with InRiver Product Information Management System

Contract Details

• Role Title: PIM Lead
• Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract with view of extension
• Rate: £350 - £385 per day - paid to your Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week (London) – none negotiable
