Operations Engineer (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

£35,000 - £40,000 + 32 Days Holiday + Development + Mileage + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following: Irlam, Manchester, Lymm, Stockport, Warrington, Eccles. Other locations will also be considered.

Do you have previous experience in an Operations/Engineering based role and are looking for a position where you will be able to further develop and grow your skill set over a 12-month period?

In this role you will work as an Operations Engineer where you will work across all aspects of the business allowing you to further enhance your skill set over a 12-month fixed term contract.

The company are established across Europe and provides solutions across the full life cycle of their product, due to continued growth and investment they are now looking to add an Operations Engineer who will work on various projects across a 12-month period.

This role would suit someone with a relevant Engineering OR Science-based degree and a couple of years of industry experience looking for a 12-month fixed-term contract role where they will further be able to develop and grow their skill set.

The Role:

-Working as an Industrial Operations Engineer within a specialist processing company

-Duties of the role will include but are not limited to: Optimising all units of the business, improve output, KPIs, H&S, Quality, Compliance, Continuous Improvement and much more.

-Site based in Manchester with travel to other UK-based sites as required (On average 4 days travel per month)

-Business mileage paid for any additional site travel

The Person:

-You will hold an Engineering or Science based degree

-You will have a couple of years of experience in a similar-level role

-Looking to further develop and grow your skill set

-Full driving license

-Any previous experience in the waste/recycling industry will be considered beneficial but not essential

-Looking for a 12-month fixed term contract position
