About the role

Charlotte Tilbury are implementing a new Product Data Management (PDM) system - Syndigo and are looking for a technical specialist/administrator to support the product as it moves into service. As a PDM Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of maintaining and managing product data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility for internal teams. This role sits within the Technology team and will collaborate closely within the Master data team, transformation team and other stakeholders to maintain an efficient product data management system.

As the Product Data Management System Specialist you will

System Management: Administer and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for efficiency.

User Support: Provide first line technical support to internal users regarding user creation and the proper use of the product data management system.

Development: Be able to create custom attributes, amend workflows, support integration queries at an intermediate level. Work with Syndigo development/SI for advanced requirements.

Data Integrity: Implement measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency, conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product data management processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Reporting: Generate reports on product data quality, system performance, and user activity, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to product data management promptly and efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline product data management processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product data management or data administration, preferably in Retail.
  • Familiarity with Product Data / Information Management (PIM/PDM) systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product data management.
