Contracts Management: Lead and coordinate multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, compliant, and on-budget delivery with the support of your Site Management teams
Pre-construction: You will spend a lot of time showcasing your expertise in delivery in order to take projects smoothly through preconstruction phases
Leadership: Mentor and support the operations team, driving a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that all expectations are met and surpassed.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest safety standards, implementing robust safety procedures.
Operational Performance: Oversee all operational aspects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Remuneration Package:
