£45,000 + zones travel covered

Working for one of the UK leading facilities maintenance provider on a Monday to Friday basis, my client is seeking an experienced building services maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their successful day team covering a prestigious contract across London covering high end retail stores and head offices.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• PPM's and reactive duties
• HVAC maintenance including AHU's, FCU's, VAV's, condensors, compressors etc
• Motors
• Emergency light testing
• Lamping
• Minor plumbing (blockages etc)

In order to be considered for the role you must have:

• City and Guilds/NVQ in electrical installation
• 18th Edition
• Good physical health
• Background in building service maintenance and hands on knowledge of HVAC systems
• Professional client facing attitude.
