Commercial Manager Planned Maintenance
Location: South London
Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide leadership on all commercial activities from pre-contract to post contract while managing budgets, client relations and overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Your role will cover both securing contracts and operational project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets, commercial performance, and client relationships.
Lead the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process and monthly Contract Review Meetings.
Oversee Assistant/Quantity Surveyors and support tender adjudication.
Ensure material procurement through collaboration with the buying department.
About You:
Experience in a Commercial Manager role within the maintenance or construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage pre and post-contract activities and drive operational success.
