Are you an Estimator looking to grow your career in the roofing and cladding industry? We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enquiry Analysis: Review and assess incoming project enquiries.
• Quantifying/Scheduling: Create take-offs, BOQs, and material schedules.
• Estimating: Develop detailed cost schedules factoring in materials, labor, etc.
• Tender Submissions: Provide comprehensive project quotations.
• Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and build strong relationships.
• Contract Negotiation: Secure projects through effective negotiation.
• Research & Improvement: Stay ahead with market research and new methods.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience (preferably in roofing & cladding).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• NVQ in Estimating is a plus.
