Device Testing Specialist

We are looking for a great Device Testing Specialist to join our team.

Job Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux (On-site office)

Type of employment: outsourcing employment (CDD)

Main Responsibilities:

Manage testing activities for mobile devices such as Smartphone/Tablet/IOT, responsible for technical acceptance, certification and testing to meet the operator’s commercial launch plan:

• Manage the test strategy, timeline, resources and organize testing team to carry out the testing task in different countries.
• Organize R&D resource for the testing samples delivery plan and software release plan.
• Track issues from customer and coordinate R&D resource to fix them.

Manage the technical requirement and solution:

• Record and explain requirements & issues between customer and R&D team.
• Support product and portfolio team to manage the solution roadmap.

New technologies follow up:

• Collect the requirement and strategy of new technologies from operator.
• Collect relevant information of competing devices, judge the direction and commercial plan of the new technologies.
• Get support from HQ to commercial the new technologies at the appropriate time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in telecommunications or relevant discipline
• 1 years’ experience in telecommunication/IT industry, preferable in terminals business
• Fluent in English and French, native Chinese
• Good understanding of wireless standards and new technologies, matched with the strong motivation to continuously learn about new technologies
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality, capable of building good relationships with customers.

Better to have:

• Good knowledge/understanding of the telecommunication technology, especially in handset and mobile broadband technologies such as 3GPP LTE/5G protocol
