Due to a temporary increase of activity, Accor is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel for France for its Evry and Paris offices, on a fixed term basis 4 (four months), reporting directly to SVP General Counsel Development & Operating France, Benelux, Switzerland & NA in Paris/E

MAIN ACCOUNTABIL

ITIES:• Drafting and negotiation of legal documents and contracts (for example hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, services agreements, IT contracts, order form, general terms and conditions, templ

ates…)• mission of advice on all legal issues related to the field of activity and permanent responsibilities and drafting of summary

Qualif

ications
Your experience and skills

include:· Law Master’s degree in France, Master on (international) business law

is a plus. First experience wished in similar legal positions in multinational companies and/or external

law firms. Experience in hospitality industry and/or Franchise network

is a plus· Strong understanding in commercial law; Hotel Management Contract /

Franchise· Knowledge of Business & Franch
