SAP Manufacturing/SCM/Warehouse Specialist (31846)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist with expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and SCM (Plant Maintenance & RF Scanning) to support clients (Healthcare) IT manufacturing workstream activities at the PEI site. This role will serve as a liaison between the local business team and the Global IT team, providing hands-on SAP support and expertise for the migration of systems and processes from Elanco’s S4 HANA system to the client’s SAP ECC system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing on-site support for the duration of the project, with up to 50% travel required to the PEI site. Responsibilities: Provide SAP domain expertise and hands-on support for Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and SCM (Plant Maintenance & RF Scanning) processes Act as a liaison between the local business team and the Global IT team to ensure alignment and smooth system migration Support the transition from Elanco’s S4 HANA system to Merck’s SAP ECC system Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues in a timely manner Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success Provide regular updates and ensure compliance with project timelines Qualifications: 10 years of experience in SAP, with expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain (Plant Maintenance & RF Scanning) Experience with SAP domains including Order to Cash, Finance, and Supply Chain Management Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Familiarity with the SDLC process Work Model: Hybrid role with up to 50% on-site support required at the PEI site Preference for candidates local to the PEI site or Atlantic Canada (no further west than Toronto)
