SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash Specialist (31847)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash Specialist to support our client's (Health care industry) IT Manufacturing workstream activities at the PEI site. This role will act as a liaison between the Global IT team and the local business team, providing hands-on SAP expertise for the migration of systems and processes from Elanco’s S4 HANA system to Client’s SAP ECC system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash processes, with a solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse management domains. Responsibilities: Provide SAP expertise in Finance and Order-to-Cash processes for the PEI site Support the migration from Elanco’s S4 HANA system to Merck’s SAP ECC system Collaborate with the Global IT team and local business stakeholders to ensure seamless system transition Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues in Finance and Order-to-Cash domains Ensure project timelines and milestones are met, providing regular updates to stakeholders Travel up to 50% for on-site support at the PEI site Qualifications: 10 years of experience with SAP, particularly in Finance and Order-to-Cash Experience across additional SAP domains (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management) preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and within a team to resolve complex business problems Familiarity with SDLC processes Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus Work Model: Hybrid work model with up to 50% on-site support required at the PEI site Preference for candidates local to the PEI site or Atlantic Canada (no further west than Toronto)
