Job Title: Business Analyst – Tableau Job Type: Contract Location: Hybrid (4 days on-site) Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong data background and expertise in Tableau development to help transform raw data into insightful, actionable dashboards. In this role, you will work closely with operations, finance, and HR teams, as well as data engineers and architects, to ensure the effective presentation of sales and traffic data from various properties. Your role will focus on gathering business requirements and designing Tableau dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance, operations, and HR teams to understand and document business requirements for data presentation and reporting. Develop and design interactive Tableau dashboards, transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Interface with data engineers and architects to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data inputs for dashboards. Present and communicate data insights to key stakeholders in finance and other departments, helping guide decision-making. Manage and document all phases of the business analysis process, from requirement gathering to final dashboard delivery. Participate in regular meetings with finance teams to align on data requirements and ensure reporting meets business needs. Required Skills and Experience: 5 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong focus on data and dashboarding. Expertise in Tableau development with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and visualizations. Strong understanding of data warehousing, data structures, and working with large data sets. High-level understanding of cross-functional areas (operations, finance, HR) with an ability to interface and communicate with non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and present insights clearly. Strong documentation skills to capture business requirements and processes accurately.
