Account Site Manager – Entry Level Industrial Sales Greater Vancouver, BC (Hybrid Role) Our industry leading client is a global manufacturer of consumer, and commercial products with recognized top-tier brand. With a history of strategic growth and strong leadership, this high-profile organization is looking to support a key account client by adding an Account Manager to work directly with their multiple operations around the Greater Vancouver region. This position will deal directly with one of the largest end-user transportation accounts in the province, and will become crucial to their daily operations. As an Account Site Manager, you will perform onsite ‘hands-on’ services, provide education, training and reporting, as well, drive sales through customer demand and needs. You will get hands-on experience with diverse products, learn and impact the business from the ground up, service a key client within an assigned territory and learn the fundamentals of the business. Responsibilities: Track and analyze KPIs such as stock audits, inventory levels, inspections, and forecasts against established goals. Take corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and optimize customer visit schedules to maximize effectiveness. Conduct proactive customer visits using an account management approach to build relationships and act as a reliable liaison. Attend business result meetings to align commitments and strategies. Manage customer concerns, escalating serious issues to Key Account Management or the Manager as needed. Utilize Salesforce to document specifics from customer visits and service provider interactions. Engage existing customers to understand their unique needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions. Maintain and develop partner relationships within existing agreements, implementing new agreements as necessary. Ensure service provider contracts align with company vision and manage contract payments. Monitor partnership performance to ensure objectives are met. Evaluate service provider operational, financial, and environmental performance. Ensure adequate inventory levels to support customer needs. Train customers and service providers on contract obligations. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Analysts to meet customer needs and asset management goals . Qualifications: 4 years working in sales/customer service Strong capacity and knowledge with computer and programs including Microsoft Office (in particular excel) Possess the people-skills to build relationships, and be in a customer centric settting Collaborative in nature working with both internal & external stakeholders Comfort and interest to work partly from a home office, with the ability to visit customer sites on a week to week basis (30% home office, 70% at the customer sites) Must reside in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, or GVA areas Excellent time and organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple ‘to do list’ items. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Clean Driver’s Abstract.
