High End/Prime residential contractor based in Soho seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver one of two projects in Holland Park or Belgravia.

They boast a unique approach that minimises variations of uncoordinated works, minimises delays to the programme through a proactive set up and enables to procure and deliver outside of the constraints your ‘usual’ contractor.
