Contract Manager
£50,000 - £57,500 + £5,200 car allowance

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work on a PFI contract across the Knowsley area. The role is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, hybrid between the office, site and home.
The role is to manage the TFM delivery across a school portfolio and to be responsible for the KPI delivery of the contract. This role is very orientated towards contractual management and managing both compliance and financial risk on the contract as well as staff management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of the facilities services across a PFI schools account.
Work closely with the Client to deliver an excellent service in support of their objectives.
Provide overall leadership to the site team to provide a customer focused, cost effective, and efficient FM service, including line management responsibility.
Ensure SLA's and KPI's are consistently met across all services provided.
Produce Monthly and Annual Performance & Lifecycle Report.
Manage the performance of external sub-contractors.
Identify ways to improve the services and works.
Improve profit with cost saving initiatives and drive service improvements.
Monitor and manage WIP/Debt to an acceptable level.
To develop the H+S Action plan and sustainability plans on the contract.
Ensure contract compliance and technical compliance is being met across the contract.
To work closely with the Client, Authority Representative and Fire Service to deliver an excellent service in support of their objectives
Manage all P+L Across the contract.
Attending dispute resolution meetings between the FM co, SPV and schools.
The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
PFI experience is essential.
Previous managing KPI’s on a PFI contract.
Proactive, can-do attitude.
Experience of managing budgets and P+L.
Attention to detail.
Commercial acumen
Resilient
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential
