Position: SAP SD Consultant

Location: Manchester (hybrid model, 3 days p/w onsite)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary – £70,000 + additional Benefits package

Role – This is a great opportunity for an SD Consultant to join an existing and growing team. The SAP SD consultant will be responsible for continuous changes and improvements to the system, working closely with senior stakeholders, and challenging the status quo to establish best-practice SAP solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs and recommend effective solutions aligned with system design and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with other SAP functional teams and the wider business.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to deliver solutions, assess change request impacts, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Configuration & Testing: Perform SAP configuration, write functional specifications, lead business workshops, capture requirements, and ensure high standards through testing and review processes.

Required:

• 5+ years’ SAP SD experience (ECC 6.0)
• Strong experience and understanding of Order To Cash (OTC), EDI and Customer Orders.
• Understanding of integration between additional SAP modules such as Finance and Project Systems.
• Hands-on functional expertise within SAP SD being involved in one or more end-to-end implementations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience is a must
• S/4HANA experience is and advantage but not mandatory
• FMCG, CPG, and F&B Industry experience is nice to have.
