We are partnered with a delightful firm whose team is their greatest asset, and pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. As a Team Secretary, you will be the linchpin of their administrative operations. You will ensure smooth and efficient office management, support the executive team, take minutes in governance meetings , prepare agendas, diary management, collate PowerPoint presentations and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage governance meeting cycles, including scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Collation and quality checking of meeting materials
- Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings, ensuring timely distribution and approval to meet SLA’s
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in maintaining document control and management processes.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the team and stakeholders.
- Managing membership activities
- Delivering stakeholder engagement related to Governance
- Office and facilities support to include but not limited to: Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Support office/company events Supporting the wider business with office related queries/requests
Essential:
- Proven experience of minute taking
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is a 1 year fixed term contract paying £30,000-33,000.
