Job Description
A well-established and leading manufacturing company based in the Wetherby area, committed to innovation and excellence are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond swiftly to machinery breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and diagnose faults across the factory.
Perform planned and routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all activities are accurately recorded in the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
Minimise production downtime by collaborating closely with the production team and ensuring machinery is fully operational.
Build strong working relationships across departments to align with the company’s objectives.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager
Execute the planned maintenance schedule, implement machinery upgrades
Lead machinery installations, relocations, and modifications on both new and older equipment.
Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and strong teamwork ethics to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with contractors and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations. What’s In It for You?

Time-served Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in an engineering field (mechanical or electrical).
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and respond quickly to changing situations.
A creative problem solver with a diligent and hands-on approach to maintenance.
