Job Description
Cedar is currently partnered with, a private-equity-backed telecommunications business, to secure an Interim Finance Analyst specialising in Corporate Finance. The role is a 3-month contract initially, paying a day rate of £(Apply online only) per day.

The Role
As Interim Finance Analyst, you will focus on:
Data Management & Integrity: Manage and refine data inputs across group entities, using PowerBI to scrutinise the existing Data Cube, ensuring accurate P&L, margins, and financial data for reports and valuations.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and financial teams to gather, validate, and analyse data, ensuring it accurately reflects business performance and meets stakeholder requirements.
Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop and enhance financial models for group-wide valuation exercises, including scenarios for fundraising, debt restructuring, and ownership transitions.
Scenario Analysis: Support M&A and financial scenario planning, using PowerBI insights to assess potential impacts on the company's financial structure and valuation.
Process Improvement & Automation: Optimise data collection and reporting processes, recommending system enhancements and exploring automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual input.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with a deep understanding of the underlying data used to structure corporate finance activities.
Strong communication skills to liaise with non-finance stakeholders and external advisors.
Previous experience in an interim/contract role is beneficial but not required.
The day rate of £(Apply online only) reflects the value based on your previous compensation or day rate.
