Onsite Manager

V7 are working with an industry leading General Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager to join their fitout construction project.

This role will run for 6 months initially.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, labour on the internals of the project.
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the programme.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.

Requirements

• 5-7 years working on mid scale construction projects.
• Previous experience working on fitout projects is highly desirable.
• HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred.
• SMSTS & CSCS card required.
