DevOps Engineer, Merseyside, £50,000 - £60,000

Join a fast-growing data-driven tech start-up is in need of a new DevOps Engineer to join their new & rapidly growing technology team. Their platform enables data-driven decisions and has a hugely positive environmental impact.

Already well-backed financially and approaching a new funding round, they are scaling quickly and need passionate, creative DevOps engineers to help build and deploy scalable solutions using cloud and edge computing for real-time analytics.

The Role:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be pivotal in deploying scalable systems, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring seamless cloud integration. You’ll work on signal processing, manage big data, and deploy solutions to AWS and edge devices.

In Your First Six Months, You Will:

• Analyze data from DAS sensors and optimize signal processing.
• Manage ETL pipelines and big data storage in data lakes.
• Deploy solutions on AWS and edge devices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of CI/CD and cloud/edge deployment experience.
• Strong background with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent data processing and database orchestration skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
