Your new role
We’re seeking a Dutch-speaking Credit Controller with excellent customer service skills to join our International Shared Services team in Bradford. In this role, you’ll manage accounts receivable, promptly resolving customer queries and ensuring up-to-date accounts. Your focus on well-managed accounts will help ensure our customers receive the products they need. Additionally, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.

Analytical Mindset: You thrive on challenges, meticulously attending to details while effectively prioritising tasks to maximise opportunities.Language skills: Dutch speaking is mandatory for this roleCredit Control Expertise: Your experience in credit control equips you with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.Digital Proficiency: Your mastery of digital tools, particularly Excel, positions you advantageously.Customer-Centric Approach: Having worked in customer-facing roles within financial services, finance, or credit control, you understand the importance of swift query resolution and exceptional service.Credit Management Accreditation: Your AICM accreditation further enhances your qualifications.
