Technical Coordinator – East Sussex
A great opportunity has opened up for a Technical Coordinator to join a bespoke, quality-driven residential main contractor in East Sussex. This office-based role offers the chance to be part of a reputable company that values its staff, with exciting growth plans ahead.
The company are well known for partnering with local authories and housing associations, delivering projects ranging from small infill sites, throught to sites of 50 units or more.
Technical Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all technical information for projects
* Check and approve drawings
* Liaise with key stakeholders
* Attend progress meetings
* Appoint and manage consultants
* Prepare and monitor technical specifications
You’ll work closely with both the technical and commercial teams, as well as liaising with site and manufacturing teams. Experience in off-site construction would be beneficial.
Ideal Candidate:
* Technical or Design Coordinator with experience in a developer or contractor setting
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations
* Job-running Architects or Technologists are also encouraged to apply
