TEAM LEAD CLIENT RELATIONS FULL-TIME REMOTE-CANADA The Company Our professional services client is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of client relations representatives. This is not a call center leadership role. Company Perks and Rewards Competitive Salary Discretionary Bonus Generous Vacation/ Extra days off Great Benefits Remote Work Environment Growth The Job As a Team Lead, you will lead and oversee a best-in-class Customer Relations team, providing guidance to account specialists with various sizes of clients. You will be responsible to: Take ownership of client issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. Mentor and empower team members to foster a supportive and proactive environment. Set priorities to ensure the team meets departmental goals. Regularly collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Solution Design, Development, and Finance. Ensure accurate documentation of all Customer Relations activities and interactions. Monitor KPI metrics and service standards, analyzing results to provide accurate reports and recommend process improvements. Continuously enhance reporting processes for greater efficiency and proactivity. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to implement key initiatives aimed at delivering top-tier customer service. Contribute to strategic plans by identifying service trends, recommending system improvements, and implementing necessary changes to meet service objectives. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned. What you bring to the job You are someone who has excellent judgment, decision-making, and issue management skills, with the ability to anticipate, assess, and resolve emerging problems. You thrive in team settings and have strong relationship-building, collaboration, and team leadership skills. You also come with the following qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business or Customer Service Management, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in a customer service or professional setting. Experience with client management. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Detail-oriented, with an analytical and process-driven approach. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities. Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments. Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new tools; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
