Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI visualizations and reporting solutions. Translate business requirements into sustainable and efficient visualizations and reporting. Craft and execute complex DAX queries within Power BI. Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation. Utilize YAML for configuration purposes and to manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards. Use JavaScript to create custom visuals or to enhance the interactivity of Power BI reports. Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization. Troubleshoot data and report issues and implement bug fixes. Liaise with data engineers and back-end teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Train and support business users across the company on Power BI usage and best practices. Stay current with Power BI updates, new versions, and capabilities as well as best practices in data visualization and BI reporting Responsibilities: Requirements / Qualifications: Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Proficient in Power BI development, including the creation of complex DAX expressions. Experience in writing JavaScript code and using it within the context of Power BI. Familiarity with YAML syntax and its use in configuration files and automation. Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and data warehousing principles. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. Additional Information: Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is beneficial.
