Building Foreman

Our client a contractor specialising in the high end residential market require experienced building foremen. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience site supervision experience on luxury residential projects , with some time being in a foreman position. Experience in luxury finishing and concrete building work is advantageous. Duties Manage labour and/on sub contractors on site. Setting out Quality assurance Adhere to programme provided by Site Manager Safety on site Follow instructions from site manager General site tidiness and organization.
