Permanent contractConnaught Education is currently supporting one of the most renowned independent senior schools and sixth forms in Kent in appointing Houseparents on a full-time, permanent basis, there is the option for both residential and live-out.
The school in question is a highly progressive, creative, and innovative school that offers a genuine alternative to traditional independent and grammar schools. The role in question is to join a happy and successful boarding team, enhancing the experience of all pupils and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
The appointed individual will be an enthusiastic and talented graduate, and some experience of working within a boarding environment is desirable.
