Job Description:
As a Wiring Assembler/Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting intricate electrical wiring components according to detailed drawings and specifications. Your keen eye and dextrous hand-eye coordination will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble electrical wiring components onto various products, following precise drawings and instructions
* Perform bench work, utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment
* Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy, ensuring adherence to standards
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in electrical wiring assembly or a related field is preferred
* Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
Benefits:
