Location: Uxbridge

Salary: Up to £65k/annum + Package

My client is a UK leading developer seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join them in North West London. They have an excellent technical side and have a number of upcoming projects.

Project:

• 250 unit residential project, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes
• Communal landscaped courtyards and private gardens
• At least 5 years on the project

Role:

As Senior Technical Coordinator you will:

• Provide technical design co-ordination and to manage the delivery of this information
• Appoint and manage consultants and to manage allocated projects
• Work with consultants for timely issue of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
• Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications

Profile:

Senior Technical Coordinators applying to this role must:

• Have experience as a technical coordinator
• Previously worked for a developer/main contractor
• Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines
• Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
