Quantity surveyor
Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from £50k - £2 million / Contractors work is split heavily focused on CATB Commercial fit out with a sprinkle of construction works involved.
Job Description:
Pre-Construction:
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.Construction Phase:
Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.Post-Construction:
Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation
This is a Permanent Position paying between £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 including Package involving Death in service x4, Enhanced Sickness/ Healthcare, Vouchers and Flexible working.
