Job Description

Senior Contracts Manager

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts for our office fit-out projects. Your expertise will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, projects are delivered on time, and within budget. You will also collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide critical support, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout.

Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.

Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.

Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Provide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management.

Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the office fit out Industry with Construction knowledge.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Experience with Category A and B office fit-outs is highly desirable.
