Job Description
Tradewind is currently recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse Year 4 class in the Hyde area. This is an exciting opportunity to support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
Role Details:
Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Year 4 class in Hyde
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to the class teacher
Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
Support individual students and small groups as needed
Work with children with SEND requirements (if applicable)
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Prior experience working with children is essential. Experience with SEND children is highly beneficial.
Skills: Proactive, resilient, and able to engage effectively with young learners.
Attitude: A positive, flexible, and can-do approach to supporting classroom activities.
