Information Manager role

Location: Central London

Perm basis

Salary: £40-45k plus benefits

I am currently working with a tier one contractor in the recruiting of an Information Manager for their site in Central London.

You will be the main DC and will report straight to the Director.

The role forms an integral part of the project team, with a focus on providing administrative support to the Director in areas such as resource management, plant, procurement, office related logistics, health and safety, training and personnel.

You will look after the following;

Acting as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients external document control system.
Ensure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise)
Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client's document control system (Aconex), maintaining up to date, organised and tidy folders and supersede old documents with new revisions.
Ensure a document tracker is created and kept up to date for all documents submitted to the Client/ Principal Contractor
Filing Drawings and all other relevant Temporary Works documents
Ensure permits, HAV's, Scaffold, Excavation and Temporary Works inspections are filed on the internal document control system (Enterprise)Site hours are 8am-5pm, no overtime. There are also a range of employee benefits including travel to work paid for.

NO WFH.
