Assistant Site Manager - Manchester

Join a leading house builder in Manchester, specialising in quality new build properties. As a North West based builder, our client is seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to oversee operations on their latest project site.

About the role of Site Manager:

Join a dedicated team in Manchester, assisting the management of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds, while meeting production targets and budget requirements. Collaborate closely with the Sales department and customers to guarantee exceptional customer care and satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Site Manager:

- Assisting the supervision of subcontractors

- Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction

- Work alongisde the Site Manager to keep track on material deliveries

- Motivate and develop site staff

Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager

- Proven track record on new build sites

- Trade background in joinery ideally

- CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS are essential

- CIOB Site Management, Scaffold Appreciation, Crane Supervisor are desirable
