Macgregor Black are partnering with a global market leading consumer electronics/ housewares brand, on the search for a Ecommerce Key Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Reading.
As eKAM You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings. This role will focus on sell out, monitoring day to day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will own an account/category within SDA or CW and will be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
- Using all the data available (from the customers’ dashboard to third-party tools (i.e. Profitero, ..), you will need to keep the business informed on the projected performance, support the Channel Controller to measure actuals vs. plan (gross/net revenue, share, sell out) and react and adapt accordingly to ensure targets are achieved.
- Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
- Continual UX adjustments / AB testing to drive conversion – we’re looking for someone who can really ‘think big’!
- Sales Operations - support with forecasting using an internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.
- Supply Chain – Delivery of internal management plan.
- Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation.
- Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and coordinate the finance claims processes.
What are we looking for?
- Amazon account management experience is essential.
- Consumer electronics or housewares experience preferred but not essential.
- High-level analytical skills and the ability to share insights and lessons.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Go-getter, able to navigate ambiguity.
- Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
- Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
