Learning and development are an increasingly important aspect of the internal talent team. Our client knows this as they are looking for an experienced HR professional to become their Senior L&D Business Partner. If your strengths lie in developing and delivering sessions on learning, development, talent and leadership, then our client wants to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

As Senior L&D Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivery of the learning, development, talent and leadership agenda for the organisation.


Your day to day might look a little like this:

• Develop and deliver commercially focussed solutions on matters relating to learning and development to all employees

• Lead the delivery of the organisation’s talent strategy across development, succession planning and career mapping

• Supporting in the development of a strategic company people plan that aligns with the company’s strategic and operational goals

• Ensuring that relevant learning, development and leadership solutions are translated into accessible activities


A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK.


You’ll have significant previous experience of working as a HR professional in an SME.


A few other key skills we are looking for:

• Thorough technical and practical understanding of the following HR disciplines: learning and development, talent and leadership

• A confident and credible communication style, able to adapt both their written and verbal communication style to suit technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to operate autonomously on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Strong risk management and decision-making skills; providing sound and correct advice can be a crucial element of this role
