We are collaborating with a US-based law firm that has established a brand-new position at their London office: Head of Knowledge Management & Training.

This role offers a "blank canvas" to innovate and make a significant impact at one of the world’s most prestigious law firms. Your efforts will be instrumental in enhancing the success and efficiency of the firm’s lawyers. You will assess the current function, strategically plan enhancements, and lead the execution of these improvements - positioning the department as a key driver of the firm’s continued growth and success.

In simple terms, you will:

- Plan, execute, and oversee knowledge and training initiatives.

- Lead a dedicated team of Professional Support & Knowledge Lawyers and Attorney Development Managers.

The current teams are small yet dynamic and continuously evolving. The firm also has an Innovation and Tech team based in New York, with which this role will collaborate closely. However, the primary focus remains on Knowledge and Training.
