Are you an experienced warehouse manager with a background in the mechanical or construction tools industry? We are looking for a driven Regional Warehouse Manager to lead operations across multiple sites within our UK network. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective flow of products from our warehouses to construction professionals across the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple regional warehouse facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders and distribution to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on safety.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to improve transportation, inbound/outbound shipping, and material handling processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive warehouse efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance.
• Oversee the use and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics technology to enhance operational performance.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on warehouse performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Significant experience in a senior warehouse management role, ideally within the construction tools or mechanical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams across multiple sites.
• Expertise in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the latest supply chain technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• English Language is required.
