Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Residential

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic property developer who is seeking a driven, proactive Site Manager to join their team in November. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major new build development, initially overseeing the construction of 9 traditional brick and block houses from foundations through to completion, with a total of 59 houses on the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the construction of 9 houses from start to finish, with oversight of the entire build process.
* Ensuring all phases of the build are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Coordinating daily activities on-site, including managing subcontractors, trades, and site teams.
* Reporting progress and any issues to senior management, maintaining excellent communication across the project team.
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and documentation requirements.
* Providing input and leadership on further phases of the development as the project progresses.
Requirements:
* Experience managing new build housing projects from start to completion, preferably with traditional brick and block methods.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
* A proactive and motivated attitude, capable of problem-solving and handling the challenges of a busy site.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
