Summary of role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Content Executive to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and executing our digital marketing strategy while creating high-quality content for a diverse range of clients. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail to bring marketing briefs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing the MP&Co Marketing Strategy:

• Developing and executing the company digital marketing strategy across website, email, social, content, partnerships and referrals.

• Developing and managing the company events strategy including coordinating events, liaising with speakers, developing content, executing follow up campaigns.

• Managing the company CRM keeping all client and prospect data up to date

• Networking with our clients and prospects to continue to spread our message and build valuable relationships for the MP+Co brand.

Executing our client's marketing plans:

• Social media: developing creative social content, scheduling content, managing social networks and reporting on success.

• Email: developing email marketing calendar, building and sending emails through tools such as Mail Chimp and reporting and learning from success.

• Written content: writing content for client collateral (websites, brochures, podcasts, events, blogs and more…)

• Analysis: analysing marketing data and providing recommendations to clients using tools such as Google Analytics, Social Media platforms and other third-party tools.

• Strategy and research: working with the wider MP&Co team to workshop marketing strategy for clients and support on the development and presentation of strategies to clients.

Who we are looking for:

We’re not expecting you to be the finished article for this role – but we do need a few fundamentals and a good attitude to learning. That typically looks like:

• Someone who can work autonomously and flexibly, not constrained to a 9-5 office-based role and willing to be flexible to deliver excellent customer service

• Someone who loves to please and who will go out of their way to delight our clients

• A self-starter who takes ownership of solving problems and has a willingness to ‘get their hands dirty’ and pitch in to support the team

• Degree in Marketing (not essential with experience to match)

• Experience writing for a variety of clients - in particular B2B (exp. writing for property/tech/finance a bonus)

• Understanding of tools such as Hootsuite, Google AdWords, MailChimp and GA4

• Excellent research and writing skills

• A strong eye for design

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Respect for people and ideas
