Legal Counsel, 5/6 PQE, Prestigious global technology giant

This is a remote opportunity with offices outside of London. The team regularly meet up and you are able to work abroad and from home.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Seeking a high-energy, self-starter who is focused on delivering outcomes and solving problems.
• You will advise on a range of technology, sustainability, AI, regulatory and commercial legal matters to support new services, software and solutions.
• You will assist with the development of new solutions and services to facilitate sales and oversea the business global roll out.
• Work closely with internal and external counsel, stakeholders and subject matter experts.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Critical Experience:

• circa 6+ PQE years of experience in corporate/commercial work.
• Law Degree or equivalent and a qualified Solicitor
• Experience on advising of new solutions and services, SaaS, Software Development.
• Experience in a national or global law firm or in-house commercial experience in a global technology company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including transactional work and strategic projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global work environment.
• Confident team player with a proactive attitude and a focus on delivery and strong communication.
• Wanting to join a stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies.
