Expression of Interest - Customer Service Specialist



  • Working for a recognised pharmaceutical company

  • Temporary 3-month assignment with possibility of extension

  • North Sydney CBD location

  • $38ph + super

ABOUT THE ROLE


Our client is a leading dermatology company with a global reach. Due to significant growth in Australia, they require a customer service specialist to join their customer engagement team.


You will be mainly responsible for liaising with a wide array of wholesalers and distributors. You will also be expected to build relationships with different clients.


This role will suit individuals with a past background in FMCG or pharmaceuticals, specifically within the logistics and order processing departments.


KEY DUTIES:



  • Managing inventory and reporting through a range of different systems.

  • Liaising with wholesalers and clinics regarding orders.

  • Providing key order information to clients including lead times, delivery times, etc.

  • Providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.

  • Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.


REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:



  • Prior experience in order processing in a similar field is a must.

  • Established experience in customer service, specifically within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals

  • Exposure to logistics and supply chain responsibilities

  • Ability to use different systems such as M3, Viva or similar online ordering systems.

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
