Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pack export and unpack import containers, adhering to company and industry standards to help prevent damage, reduce delays, and maintain compliance with regulations, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.


• Operate forklifts to handle and move freight-current license required to ensure that you are trained in safety procedures, reducing the risk of accidents and damage to goods.


• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments to prevent stock discrepancies, facilitates smooth order fulfillment, and enables effective inventory management, which is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Keep the warehouse organized and clean, following all safety regulations to ensure compliance and help in maintaining a productive and hazard-free workspace.


• Collaborate with team members and communicate with other departments as needed to help streamline processes, improve problem-solving, and enhance overall productivity.


• Identify and report discrepancies or issues in shipments to ensure that problems are rectified before they escalate, maintaining the integrity of shipments and improving customer satisfaction.

What You Need:

• Extensive experience in the freight industry, especially with packing and unpacking containers.


• Preferred current MPI AP accreditation (else expired accreditation is must)


• Valid forklift license is essential with F endorsement with a rating over 2.5 tonnes.


• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and safely operate warehouse equipment.
