Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop detailed project methodology, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all project objectives are met.

  • Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure the project is completed within budget.

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and company expectations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and other legal requirements.



Qualifications



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or industrial maintenance industry.

  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
